Project Overview:
This rooftop solar project is designed for an automotive parts manufacturer operating in Rayong’s Eastern Economic Corridor. The facility runs stamping, machining, compressed air, and assembly lines with strong daytime electricity demand. Red Solar Thailand designed a rooftop PV system that helps the factory reduce grid consumption during peak production hours while maintaining a clean roof layout for maintenance access and safety.
The Challenge:
The factory required a solar system that could be installed without disrupting production. Roof loading, drainage paths, fire access, inverter placement, and cable routing all needed to be coordinated with the site’s existing safety rules.
Red Solar Solution:
Red Solar proposed a 2.40 MWp grid-tied rooftop system using high-efficiency modules, string inverters, weather-resistant mounting structures, and a monitoring platform for daily performance tracking. The project layout separated solar zones by roof section to simplify inspection and long-term O&M.
